Each year, around one hundred graduate trainees in BT undertake a gruelling physical challenge to raise money for charity. For the past two years, the challenges have taken place in the Peak District and we have filmed them and produced extended highlights videos. These films have been used to promote subsequent challenges and as a ‘thank you’ / souvenir for the fundraisers and volunteers.
The brief from the client was to show how hard the activity was, including as many participants as possible and to also convey a sense of fun so that people would volunteer for the next year’s challenge.
The client was very happy that we met the brief and the film was very well received by the fundraisers and volunteers. Since the original films we have also done shorter re-edits which have been used extensively in internal and external comms to promote the fundraising.
